WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We ask that you provide us with 14 days notice on any changes to reservation. If you are unable to fulfill your obligation to occupy, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. We will make every attempt to re-rent the property, and if successful, you will receive a refund of the full amount of rent consideration less a $100.00 Cancellation Fee and service fees. However, if we are unable to re-rent the property, no refunds will be due. Please note that the Rental Property cannot be assigned or sublet in whole or in part by the Guest.
IS THIS HOME SAFE FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN?
We do offer a family-friendly environment. We are happy to provide baby equipment upon request.
We kindly ask that all guests respect our quiet time policy including in the hallways. If you have any questions or special requests regarding your stay with children, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
